A live virtual class for partners, spouses, and support persons
From "What Do I Do?" to "Baby I Got You!"
Be Honest
Do you actually know what to do when labor starts?
Most partners don't. And it's not their fault because nobody really teaches this. You get a hospital tour, maybe a breathing class, and then they hand you a gown and say good luck!
The truth is, your person doesn't just need you IN that birth room. They need you PRESENT. Prepared. Useful. And confident enough to hold it together when things get intense.
That's exactly what this class is for!
Don't just stand there...be the partner she needs!
What You'll Learn
✦ How to read the room, their body language, sounds, and breathing are telling you everything. Learn to listen.
✦ How to protect their space while managing the environment, the energy, and the people in the room is YOUR job.
✦ Comfort positions: hands-on techniques you can use during every single contraction. Your hands are tools. Use them.
✦ How to anchor them and learning the words that help and the ones that make it worse. We cover both.
✦ How to advocate smart such as what to say to the medical team when they can't speak for themselves.
✦ What NOT to do! The common mistakes most partners make and how to avoid every single one.
✦ What happens when plans change like an epidural, induction, C-section. Your role never stops.
You'll Leave With:
✦ The Partner Method- a 5-step framework you can remember at 3am during a contraction
✦ A digital flip card guide- 21 cards covering every technique, position, and script from class emailed directly to you after
✦ Real confidence and not just information, but the kind of confidence that only comes from actually knowing what to do 🤎
